Whitney Consulting Group, LLC was founded in 2018 by Steve Hamilton as a dependable option for assessing services for communities of varying sizes. With decades of assessing experience in New Hampshire including the Director of the Municipal and Property Division of the NH Department of Revenue Administration for over ten years, served on the NH Assessing Standards Board and the NH Current Use Board for ten years, worked four years for the NH Board of Tax and Land Appeals, and six years for NH municipalities; Steve offers an incredible breadth and depth of knowledge on a multitude of subjects.
In order to best serve its clients, Steve has intentionally built a team of experienced, knowledgeable, and dependable members that communities can be confident in. With team members that specialize in different areas of assessing, Whitney Consulting Group can offer the expertise communities need.

A Certified New Hampshire Assessor and DRA-Certified Property Assessor Supervisor, Steve has over 35 years experience in municipal assessing and appraisal work. His expertise ranges from assessing standards and laws to valuation updates to effectively and efficiently running an assessing office to testifying and defending values.

Emily Goldstein, CNHA
Vice President and Assessor Supervisor
Emily is a Certified New Hampshire Assessor and a DRA-Certified Property Assessor Supervisor. She has over 10 years experience in municipal assessing. She specializes in valuation updates, evaluating assessing practices to create consistency that communities can rely on.

A Certified New Hampshire Assessor and a DRA-Certified Property Assessor Supervisor, Josephine has over 20 years experience in assessing at municipal and state levels. She specializes in supervising assessing projects, managing assessing departments, valuation updates, and communicating to municipalities and taxpayer effectively.
